Sunflower Development Center is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our leadership team as a Clinical Director. This role may be filled on a permanent or interim basis, depending on candidate availability and fit.
This position is ideal for a seasoned clinician who enjoys mentoring, systems-level thinking, and maintaining high clinical standards within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight across ABA services
Supervise and mentor BCBAs and clinical leaders
Ensure high-quality assessments, treatment planning, and ethical practice
Support medical necessity, documentation, and compliance standards
Collaborate with Operations and executive leadership
Develop, refine, and maintain clinical systems and training supports
Serve as a clinical decision-maker and resource for complex cases
Qualifications
BCBA certification required
Massachusetts LABA license or eligibility
Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
Minimum 5 years clinical experience preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills
