Sunflower Development Center is seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

We provide ABA and Speech Therapy services to children across center, home, and community settings. Our clinical model is rooted in naturalistic, developmental, and family-centered approaches with a strong emphasis on meaningful outcomes, communication, independence, and quality of life.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who wants clinical autonomy, supportive leadership, collaboration with other disciplines, and the ability to focus on quality treatment rather than unrealistic productivity expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

  • Analyze treatment data and make clinical programming decisions

  • Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Conduct caregiver training and family guidance sessions

  • Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and outside providers

  • Participate in clinical case reviews and interdisciplinary treatment planning

  • Ensure clinical documentation meets insurance, BACB, and regulatory standards

  • Support skill acquisition programs focused on communication, social skills, adaptive living skills, play, safety, and independence

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB

  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure

  • Experience working with children 

  • Strong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills

  • Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
