Per Diem LMHC — Clinical Supervisor (Children through Adults)

Sunflower Development Center is expanding our multidisciplinary services and launching a new counseling program. We are seeking a per diem Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide clinical supervision to a post-master’s candidate who is actively pursuing licensure hours. This role will support insurance-based counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults in a warm, collaborative environment. This position can be hybrid with both virtual and in person meetings. 

About the Role

• Provide clinical supervision to a candidate in accordance with Massachusetts requirements

• Support development of high-quality, ethical, evidence-based therapeutic services

• Collaborate with our ABA, Speech, and OT teams as needed

• Opportunity to take on your own insurance based caseload if there is client interest and availability

• Flexible per diem schedule

Qualifications

• Active LMHC license in Massachusetts

• Experience working with children through adults

• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication skills and a supportive, teaching-oriented approach
