Sunflower Development Center is growing! We are seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapy Manager to join our collaborative, family-centered team. This unique role includes both direct client care and program leadership, with flexible scheduling and hybrid work options available.
About the Role:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to a small caseload of pediatric clients.
Support and mentor our Occupational Therapy team, including overseeing documentation quality, caseload management, and clinical support.
Collaborate with our Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team (ABA, Speech, OT) to maintain excellence in client care and compliance.
Assist with onboarding and supporting new OT staff as our center grows.

What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Massachusetts
At least 2 years of pediatric experience (ABA experience a plus but not required)
Strong clinical skills and passion for mentoring others
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Experience supervising COTAs or other OTs is a plus but not required
