Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Sunflower Development Center is seeking a motivated and clinically strong BCBA to join our growing team. We provide center, home, and community-based ABA services, along with speech and occupational therapy, in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We are a quality-driven organization focused on clinical excellence, meaningful outcomes, and ethical, data-based practice. We are a BCBA owned company with a passion for NDBI and NET! Our BCBAs play a central role in treatment planning, supervision, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities include developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, supervising RBTs and BTs, analyzing data, communicating with families, and ensuring documentation and billing meet payer and regulatory standards.
Part-time schedules are flexible with clearly agreed hours.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts
Strong clinical writing and treatment planning skills
Experience in center-based services preferred
Comfortable with both focused and comprehensive cases
Commitment to ethical practice and accountability
