What You’ll Do:

• Design and oversee individualized treatment plans for our clients.
• Support and supervise RBTs to deliver high-quality therapy sessions.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, impactful interventions.
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to uphold excellence in care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in ABA and a passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
